The beard cleansing lotion is a hybrid between a face cleanser, shampoo bar and a solid lotion, specially formulated to be both cleansing and nourishing.
Beard cleansing lotion is a lot milder than a regular shampoo bar, which can usually be too harsh to be used on the face. Choosing a beard wash over a regular shampoo means the user can easily clean the beard without worrying about damage or irritation. Using an inappropriate beard cleanser could lead to the beard being dry, dull, and brittle over time.
